A/B station tool
 
1.Spring retainer adopts two sides taper design, both sides can be used, extended punch grinding capacity.
2.HQ punch body use special high-speed steel, add alloy composition, the punch body will have a longer life.
3.The standard die edge thickness increase 2mm, strength increased in punching thicker plate, extend grinding capacity.
4.No slug die desgn as cutting edge concave emboss, eliminate slug pulling, jumping materials and floating.
5.Guide adopts lubrication design, graphite processing, to reduce the abrasion of punch turret hole.
 
C/D/E station punch body, die and stripper
 
1. The excircle of the punch body adopt lubrication design which will reduce the abrasion of the guide inner wall and increase tooling life.
2. The max. grinding capacity is 3mm, the max. shim thickness is 3mm. If need more grinding capacity, you can choose ecnomic series toolings.
3. HQ punch body use special high-speed steel, add alloy composition, the punch body will have a longer life.
4. Die inner surface adopts arc design. The punch blade has a stronger bearing strength and longer using life.
5. No slug die desgn as cutting edge concave emboss, eliminate slug pulling, jumping materials and floating.
6.Guide adopts lubrication design, graphite processing, to reduce the abrasion of punch turret hole.
 
C/D/E station guide assembly
 
1. Round and shape guide adopt integration of universal design which is convinient and cost saving than orignial design.
2. The stripper locking shrapnel with optimum design, will not hurt operator’s hand easily. And with spring steel special processing, the elastic is better and not be broken easily.
3. The locking screw on the stripper must change after some time or else the slip teeth may cause the screw may not be removed, then the stripper will not be removed out easily. This will increase much more using cost. At the meantime, please use high quality allen wrench to disamble. This will not make the screw hole slip teeth.
